The guys were careful, when moving out a very heavy queen sleeper sofa made in the late eighties that had to be taken at an angle through the doorway. They put back the few things that had been in the way of moving the furniture. It was two rooms of furniture. One upstairs and one downstairs. I will have them come again.

Working with Junkluggers was great from start to finish. I was able to book my time same day and even got a call asking if it would be alright if they came early since they were in the area. I originally marked curbside but they graciously offered to come in and carry my items out. They did so with great care and caution of the walls, etc. Friendly and professional!

The two professionals that showed up were timely, courteous, professional, and quite helpful. They offered to assist in cleaning the spaces that were left behind after lugging all of my junk (see what I did there?), as well as ensured I was completely satisfied prior to considering the job completed. Given that I had a lot of large items removed, I cannot say for sure when I would need to utilize this service for myself again, but rest assured I WILL ABSOLUTELY be recommending this forward (in fact, I have already begun spreading the word among my family and friends) and will be seeking again should I need. Easy online ordering and then amazing in person pick up! What a great team .... dealt with my crazy dogs, items in different locations and big stuff that needed to be dismantled! Not only would I use them again, I have. After the first pick up I received a thank you note and then a couple days later a tax deductible, itemized receipt from the Re-Store. Loved that items could be reused!

The crew from JunkLuggers did a great job clearing out the 30 years of buildup in my parent's basement. The work was started and completed on time and for even a bit less than the estimate. When I first surveyed the stuff on the basement my thought was it would take me 2 weeks just to move everything out, much less decide what to do with the stuff. Tony and is crew finished the job in less than 2 days and we're able to find a useful way to reuse much of the stuff.
