Everything: - Friendly, courteous staff, both on the phone and the team in the truck. - Prices are very reasonable. - Junkluggers recycles and/or donates where possible (this is a big one). - Timely scheduling and on-time arrival. - Excellent communication both to confirm appointments and for the driver to keep the customer posted on the team's actual arrival time. - The convenience that Junkluggers offers so that customers who have neither the time nor the vehicle to lug larger items of junk themselves. One of the best companies with whom I've done business in a VERY long time.

The guys were careful, when moving out a very heavy queen sleeper sofa made in the late eighties that had to be taken at an angle through the doorway. They put back the few things that had been in the way of moving the furniture. It was two rooms of furniture. One upstairs and one downstairs. I will have them come again.

Working with Junkluggers was great from start to finish. I was able to book my time same day and even got a call asking if it would be alright if they came early since they were in the area. I originally marked curbside but they graciously offered to come in and carry my items out. They did so with great care and caution of the walls, etc. Friendly and professional!

The two professionals that showed up were timely, courteous, professional, and quite helpful. They offered to assist in cleaning the spaces that were left behind after lugging all of my junk (see what I did there?), as well as ensured I was completely satisfied prior to considering the job completed. Given that I had a lot of large items removed, I cannot say for sure when I would need to utilize this service for myself again, but rest assured I WILL ABSOLUTELY be recommending this forward (in fact, I have already begun spreading the word among my family and friends) and will be seeking again should I need.
